Respected Sir,
With all due respect i would like to state that i work in Delhi for a Chinese company and have come to my home town at Sahibganj for Durga Puja Holidays. On advice of my advocate friend at delhi i like to bring the following to your kind notice for your immediate necessary action:

1. Some Grade 3 & 4 employees of Eastern Railways at Sahibganj under Malda Division are aggrieved by the Chief Cashier at Pay Office of Sahibganj. The said Chief Cashier(Mr Ahmad) lends money at exorbitantly high rates of interest to the financially weaker employees of the Railways here at Sahibganj. And at the time of making monthly salary payments to the employees, Mr Ahmad deducts his interest on the money lent out.He has chosen the innocent employees of Railways to secure his loan because he is the person who has to make monthly payment of the salaries.

2. Mr Ahmad has stayed for several years at Sahibganj and successfully woven the said business with some local people and may be other employees of the Railways. The said employees reveal on anonymity that Mr Ahmad was once interrogated by Deputy Superintendent of Police and even transferred by the Railways in this connection. But he managed all and is back at Sahibganj.

3. The employees falling prey to the said practice are aggrieved particularly because they are parting with a chunk of the bonus given by the Railways for Durga Puja.

You are, therefore, prayed/begged sincerely to look into the matter and eradicate this illicit practice and save the financially weaker employees of the Railways from further financial harassment.
Yours faithfully,
Abhishek Gupta.
